He was quick to come out when I had an issue with a tire and needed a plug. I eventually got the work done myself and he checked it over and stayed to make sure it was good before leaving. I was 1.5 hrs into a 8 hr trip.

We started to have problems with the levelers on our RV when we arrived at Friendship Village RV and campground in Bedford, PA. We contacted Good Sam Roadside Assistance whom we have a policy with. They immediately started working on the issue and Brian, owner of Bain’s was dispatched to fix the issue. He was on time, consummate professional, diagnosed the problem and advised how to isolate the situation so that we could travel home safely as it would require a major repair. Very unprofessional and will lie straight through their teeth. I took a trailer to you over a year ago and paid double then what the original quote was. The work was not completed and what work that was done was unprofessional and half ass. You couldn’t even get my trailer breaks working the day I picked it up and rushed my uncle and I out of there with out them working correctly.
