My previous experience of therapy I found unhelpful so I was dubious to go again. Claire was recommended to me and I am glad that I went along and took that step. She was very calming, positive and knowledgeable which was very helpful. She enabled me to learn about myself and helped me gain more positive lasting insights about myself.
