Word of advice! Before you build, go to the homes of those who've built already and ask plenty of questions before signing with this builder. Be careful what you are getting yourself into. Too many empty promises, many delays, too long of a process compared to other builders, not fully clear on extra charges, disorganized, not trustworthy, and basically a regrettable venture building my home with this builder. It's sad to say this because it started off well and ended very badly!!!
I had a very good experience building with Christopher Bain. He was very professional and on time with everything. He worked very hard to make sure I was in my house by the deadline.
Chris was super easy to work with and not only understood our budget, but kept us there without sacrificing quality. He was always available to answer our thousands of questions, even in the evenings when he would be with his family. I would definitely recommend Bain Built for your building needs!
