Only stayed here for a year, but my wife and I had a fantastic time here. This is largely due to Lucas who first got us super excited to move in at the start with his great personality and welcoming self. Whenever we passed in the halls he always made sure to check on how things were going and if there was anything he could help us with. The service team also were always super friendly and always got our requests done as soon as they could. Would definitely recommend it here for others!
I have been a resident at Bainbridge Winter Park for the past 2 years and I absolutely love this place! The facilities are top notch and the apartment is comfortable and has all the basic needs and then some.Community Manager Yillah (Gigi) Candelario and her staff have been amazing. They have been super attentive and responsive to all of my requests. I highly recommend this place.
We loved the community amazing customer service clean ammenities and Lucas gave us an amazing tour thank you for such amazing tour and info we wil definietly remember this community and the service
I considered moving here and viewed an apartment. You’d have to be an absolute fool to pay $2000 a month plus fees for a tiny 1/1 in this place. You can’t even fit a proper couch in it. You’re paying for that fancy pool and gym.
Family moved in an so far it has been amazing , customer service and the community is outstanding What a beautiful community , will be moving to Orlando and this is my #1 choice, the customer service was amazing, thank you Lucas for providing all of the information that we needed just above all the communities we have visited in the area!!!
