I’ve been having a great experience living here at Bainbridge. I don’t have any problems with hearing the neighbors next to me or below. I love the amenities and the great view I get of the pool area. I specifically love the treatment and care given by Lucas in the leasing office and Rey the maintenance guy (thank you for coming when I locked myself out of my apartment) ☺️
Had a bad dishwasher. Every time it went out the maintenance guys responded right away and by the 4th time they made sure we got a brand new one
The maintenance team at Bainbridge is sooo efficient and friendly! We put in a maintenance request and literally they are at our door within a few minutes!! I know Ray’s name but the entire team is GREAT! Also a shoutout to Lucas. He made signing a lease here so easy and he is always so sweet.
Lucas is the man! When we first moved in to the apartment he was able to give the tour and has always provided a wonderful experience to us as a tenant. Love living in this apartment and highly recommend it if you’re looking to live in Winter Park. The team in the office are all good people, and maintenance team is awesome.
