Word of warning regarding this facility - Cardiology Consultants of SW GA (CCSG). Insurance billing is done through Archbold Hospital, who consider this office as an OUTPATIENT facility. Your insurance will therefore be charged as a hospital outpatient visit rather than a specialist visit. My insurance company has set up a $50 copay for a specialist visit. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Worst customer service I have seen. Have been waiting patiently for a month for prescription. showed up at the office and was told need to call the nurses line and leave detailed message. Really, call the nurse out to the lobby and help the patient. Will not be back. This is how private institutions are treating career veterans.
