I see a lot of negative feedback on here but remember the guards aren't there for you to like them. The experience is made to hate, all though effective. I graduated from here four years ago, still sober today!! The felony I was sent there on put under first offender then dismissed. I sat with that brown jumpsuit on for 9 months, now I have a clean record and own a business. First impression was definitely not good. The lady in the office was absolutely rude. My family and I had some questions about setting up an account so we could receive calls from our loved one who is currently in RSAT and the lady refused to help us and got the worst attitude. I hope the counselors and guards are much nicer than their office personnel.
Absolute garbage facility, a few decent officers but most are racist and disrespectful. Place is hell on earth.
