The staff is wonderful. I’ve been with the storage unit for about a year and a half and I have nothing but great things to say about Isabell and Tim. Thank you guys for being really cool helpful and quick on responding back. Highly recommend

Great service, people, facilities
Storage units are nice, fairly secure and clean. Management however, needs some help. Communication is very poor. It was very difficult getting a response of any kind when leaving a message or sending an email and the website is very poor for making payments. There are much better and less expensive options on the island.
