I’m relatively new to living at NoDa Flats is and it’s been a great experience so far. Passion and Iyanna in the leasing office are very kind and incredibly helpful. The maintenance staff are also really friendly and have been prompt with addressing requests. I haven’t met anyone here that left me with anything close to a bad impression. Passion helped me with my move in process and made herself readily available to help with whatever I needed and followed up with me for months after. I had the opportunity of meeting Passion when she came into our office. The first thing I noticed was her pleasant smile and demeanor. As the office was appreciative of the gift, it was refreshing to see someone love their job so much. If you’re looking for an apartment home, I recommend Noda Flats and be sure to ask for Passion.
I previously lived over at the property across from here and had been eyeing the noda flats after actually running into Iyanna at urban district market I’m assuming on her lunch break she shared some of the availability they currently had and I can’t wait for my move!
I had a great experience touring this apartment community! The leasing consultant was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made the entire tour feel welcoming and stress-free. One of the first things I noticed was how well-maintained the property is. Loved touring this property! Perfect location from everything if love diversity and the city life. Uptown, Noda, Optimist Hall, & Urban District is close by which is great!
