New management took over and removed an awesome, attentive staff. Poor communication, and multiple fire alarms going off within the first 2 weeks of them taking over. One at 4AM which has NEVER happened before in our entire time leasing here. If they wanted a smooth transition they should've kept front office + maintenance staff who knew what they were doing. Ever since GrayCo Properties recently took over, it’s been issue after issue. I genuinely miss the previous Greystar staff — things were far more organized, responsive, and reliable under the former management. I’m literally writing this from my car at 4 a.m. because the fire alarm has gone off again — the second time within the past week. Communication from management is poor, with residents often receiving less than 24 hours’ notice about important information — and sometimes no communication at all. Elevator is broken a lot and they only have one main one. Fire alarm goes off randomly in the night and throughout the day
