Dr. Gonsoulin helped me through a mental health crisis, and I appreciated that she was always very conservative with medication. However, there were a few issues. First, she only works 2 or 3 days a week, and it is very hard to reach her on the days she is off. Sometimes you can reach the psychiatric nurse (who is awesome, for her I would say 5 stars); but (the PN) cannot answer every question in a timely manner and cannot approve last-minute medication changes (such as refilling or changing meds in an emergency).
