Ever since we were introduced to CrossFit back in 2009, it has been our dream to share our passion of fitness with our Island community. Over the last decade, we have helped hundreds of people in Kitsap County achieve weight loss, reduced body fat, improved self confidence, better athletic performance, and overall health. Permanent pain without any gain is all I got from CrossFit. I was a very active athlete visiting from out of town. I went to this gym several years ago. The workout “WOD” prescribed to the group was a series of rapid deadlifts and burpees for an hour. I should have known that was a stupid workout but peer pressure made me keep going until I heard something pop in my lower back.
