I have been coming here for almost 20 years for service of our vehicle, which most recently is a Mercedes. They are better priced than bringing the car in to the dealer in Seattle and I save the time and expense of the ferry back and forth. They also have a person who shuttles me back at our home while the service is being done. Highly recommended.
I couldn’t be more impressed with the service at Bainbridge Island Auto. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my Toyota and confirmed that I did, in fact, need a new transmission. But they didn’t stop there. They went the extra mile by researching my vehicle’s specific issue and discovered that Toyota had issued a service bulletin and extended the warranty for my model.
