Excellent service on a necklace repair. The repair was completed in a timely fashion, excellent work and a fair price! Frank was knowledgeable and a joy to work with.
DO NOT take your watch here for anything. I’m sure they’re great at other jewelry, but not watches. Took 2 weeks and charged $140 to remove 1 link which they didn’t even do. They sent it out to someone who actually does specialize in watches. Removing a link on a watch is a 20 minute job that should cost between $20 and $50. Don’t waste your time.
Dramatically overpriced work on four watches. Owner refused to give me itemized bill of sale.
My partner and I went in looking for a piece of jewelry for myself. The gentleman there was so helpful and took the time to show us many pieces! Would definitely recommend and would go back again.
Have had two custom pieces done by Frank and both were done timely and beautifully. The most recent was a family heirloom star sapphire set in a ring with diamonds on either side and it is exactly wanted I wanted done and I had it in 2 weeks. Couldn't possibly be happier.
