It was my first time visiting your bakery. I purchased a croissant, pound cake, and bread pudding. The croissant was the only item that tasted fresh. The bread pudding was freezing cold, burnt, dried out, and so hard it could barely be broken apart by hand. I returned the next morning not for a refund — the slices were only a few dollars — but simply to show the condition of the product and express my disappointment.
