Beware of price gouging! They told me they couldn't fix my heater they told me the thermal coupler was out and would have to replace the entire burner assembly for $600 dollars. The guy that came out to look at it told me to replace the whole water heater because he didn't have the parts to fix it I told him no and went on Amazon and fond a thermal coupler for $25 dollars brand new and got it working myself. These people saved my house closing and I can’t say too many great things! Basement flooded on the morning of my closing appointment.
