J'ai appelé pour un problème de drainage et Tina l’a réglé rapidement avec un excellent service à la clientèle. Pas eu besoin de se déplacer et se présenter au magasin, le tout a été fait par téléphone en peu de temps, vraiment contente du service reçu!! . Definitely commission based sales. No one is interested in selling you accessories, if you tell them you are still shopping and not ready to place the order you will get ignored.
We had great customer service up until the delivery of our vanities. We were told that they couldn’t deliver on the date we requested, so we rented a truck. Only then did we find out that the vanities come unassembled in boxes that would have easily fit in a regular car. I can’t believe no one informed us that the vanities required assembly. This is definitely something that should have been mentioned while we were shopping, especially since the representative knew this was for a new-build project.
Good experience at the store, but after sales service and transport are just not good. received damaged part and opened them after more than 30 days so they just would not exchange it.
