Nous magasinons présentement pour rénover notre salle-de-bain. Le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli connaît très bien les produits mais a aussi très bien écouté nos besoins. Après notre description de ce qu'ont cherchait comme douche, il nous a fourni les prix, les délais de livraison et a même mentionné qu'il y aurait des spéciaux prochainement. Il a demandé poliment nos coordonnées pour nous aviser lorsque les spéciaux arriveraient. Félicitations et merci à ce jeune homme.
