We travel extensively and have relied on Bain Cochran Construction to provide security at our home during our absence. Our relationship began in 2017 and remains ongoing. We trust all the members of the BC team explicitly. The firm has a key to our home as well as the security code. They are on standby to provide follow-up in the event of a break-in if we are not in town. The most recent project, a complete remodel of our gas fireplace insert, pipe replacement, and installation of stone (as well as replacement of French doors in master bedroom) was handled with conscientious professionalism.
