I really hate to have to bring this issue to a public forum. I worked with Bain Accounting for two years for my business and personal tax returns. When I was introduced, Brad seemed intelligent and timely with his understanding of our tax needs. However, once we began working with him it was very difficult to get things done on time or have timely responses to questions.
