ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I CALLED BAILOO’S OFFICE WITH A SIMPLE QUESTION ABOUT VITAMINS, SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN ONE MINUTE TO ANSWER. INSTEAD, I RECEIVED A CALLBACK WITH ZERO HELPFUL INFORMATION. NO CLEAR ANSWER, NO GUIDANCE, NOTHING!!! TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I WAS THEN BILLED $300 FOR THAT COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL INTERACTION. Dr. Rohatgi has been amazing for my first pregnancy, very thorough and answers all my questions and concerns, would 10/10 recommend her to any friends or family
She is an AMAZING Dr. Explains everything clearly. Have had 2 major surgery's with her and before and aftercare was great. Recommend her 100% even for my 1 hour drive to her office
