I meant to leave a review after he did a job for us in April. A previous resident had gutted our laundry. It was essentially stripped back to the wooden framework, with no ceiling. We had contacted a number of bathroom and laundry places to do everything that needed to be done to restore it (plumbing, walls, waterproofing, tiling, etc), but the prices were obscene.
