Should be ashamed to call themselves a local business especially Management. That's where it begins and ends with this company. Management is horrible. People are over-worked and under-paid. A dangerous place to work, SAFETY comes LAST on their list. I've personally witnessed countless "accidents" while on shift. All the equipment is broken, ancient or both, but broken or not your expected to use this equipment to do your job. They don't own a single fork-lift that doesn't have SOMETHING broken on it. This business is not to be taken seriously. I can't speak for the whole entirety of the business but when it comes to Bailee here in Ohio, they should not hold a business license. I can only speak from the experience of two years. Horrible management and being treated disrespectfullly and unprofessionally. They have no problem whatsoever cutting corners and ignoring safety to meet the bottom line. Unsafe work environment no regard for your health or safety is just completely unprofessional.
