Used to see him before COVID hit. Got a doctor's referral from a stroke doctor to see him only to be told it wasn't a proper referral. They told me to get a new one. Finally I got to see my GP and he did send a referral. I called to see when my appointment was going to be as they are not booking until next year and I have only been waiting for over two years for an appointment only to be told he is not accepting new patients. My recent experience with Dr Baillie was an absolute pleasure, I was so concerned after reading the negative reviews that I was nervous to meet him.....the bad reviews are completely unfounded in my opinion, he was kind, caring, asked numerous questions with tremendous patience, and completed a thorough physical examination very carefully as not to cause me pain so I highly recommend you attend him, fabulous staff as well 😊
Dr is great ....staff and reception is amongst the worst Ive ever encountered. Rude as all heck .
Found Dr Ballie very knowledgeable and caring. I have seen him 4 times and each time he does blood work and a exam of all my joints. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who may have Arthritis or any other joint problems.
This doctor is condescending and ignorant. His questions are yes/no with no room for explanation. He starts with why are you here? Questions. Unfortunately, after waiting almost an hour, my mind went blank. He refuted the genetic diagnosis and told me to exercise and stretch more and I would be fine. I tried to explain that my body is experiencing major issues and he would not listen. After 15 minutes with this doctor I left feeling dejected and very depressed. Do not go to him!
