I've encountered what I consider to be predatory billing practices after having resigned my membership. Nobody at corporate seems to be willing to acknowledge our agreement after I was a victim of credit card fraud. I wrote them a letter of resignation per their request and I wrote them a check in the amount that they specified. They cashed the check but apparently discarded the letter and they are still billing me! Who else has encountered this kind of treatment from them?
