I have also had the same experience with Mr. Bailey. I STRONGLY recommend that if you actually want some pictures that you do not use Mr. Bailey. He doesn't even merit a 1 star rating.
Mr. Bailey took my son's wedding photo's in June 2007. He was paid almost $2000.00 for these photo's in advance. It is now February 2009 and my son and his wife still do not have their wedding photo's. I am very upset with Mr. Bailey and his behaviour. We have called and Emailed Mr. Bailey on numerous occasions and he will not return either. We have also been to his studio on several occasions and have not been able to talk to him. Thanks Mark
