Bailey's Moving & Storage was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Once Barb and Norm secured my business, communication essentially stopped. Calls and concerns went unanswered, and I was left with little to no information throughout the move. When my belongings finally arrived, numerous boxes were damaged and several items were broken. I had to move from Lafayette CO to Charleston SC. I appreciated the competitive price and the ability to answer all the questions I had prior to my moving. Also, the moving of my car was completely taken care of at the same time. The schedule for delivery was convenient for me and was followed above and beyond. Ryan was patiently answering all my questions and concerns.

Total pros. I had a short window for an out-of-state move and they came through. Fair price. Great communication. Used their packing services and they were excellent. Even got a credit when fewer boxes were needed than estimated. Highly recommend.

Not a good experience compare to other movers we used. Spent 6K+ on intrastate move. Broken desk, denied claim, furniture not assembled at destination. Spent full day trying to find parts and assemble my furniture back. Do not recommend.
