This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company — moving or otherwise. I went with Bailey’s because a family friend knew someone who worked there which proved to be a big mistake. From the first interaction to the last, this company proved to be shady, careless, and completely unprofessional. The driver and movers were rude, pushy, and constantly tried to squeeze more money out of me — asking for extra cash, tips, even sending their Venmo accounts via text message after the move. This business is a scam! I was quoted with one price originally and then, as the process progressed, ended up paying 100s if not thousands more!! Every little thing was an extra fee! Even when Ryan, from the Bailey's office, screwed up the inventory he took, I was on the hook for nearly a thousand dollars because of his oversight! I DO NOT recommend this company! The contract you sign at the outset means nothing to them! They will revise and revise and take you for all you're worth.
This place may have many deserving hard working employees that deserve a better rating however the “customer service manager” erases all that may be good. Barbara does not know what she’s doing other than to blame everyone else and take no responsibility for wrong doing by her or the company. This is a professional moving company? I think not.
Cain, Regino, and Angel were fantastic movers for us!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Nothing was damaged at all. Took a lot of pride in their work and were all very pleasant to talk with!
Bailey's Moving and Storage did a great job on moving our home items from Colorado to Massachusetts. We spoke to several of the highest rated movers to get estimates and Bailey's provided a competitive quote. What set Bailey's apart from the others is they came to our home, and reviewed everything we wanted to move to provide a detailed estimate on the cost.
