Our recent move with Bailey’s was disappointing. The move itself might have earned a 3-star rating, but the customer service reduced it to a 0. We first used Bailey’s in 2022 and had an outstanding coordinator who was knowledgeable, responsive, and communicated every step of the process. Because of that positive experience, we chose Bailey’s again. A professional move involves countless details, and your move coordinator is supposed to be the one reliable point of contact. Do not hire Baileys Moving & Storage / Allied Van Lines (Denver). This was, without exaggeration, the worst service experience of my life — and it cost us thousands of dollars, a week of our lives, and irreplaceable furniture. The initial quote was significantly lower than what I ultimately paid, and it felt like the goal was to secure the booking before the price increased during packing and delivery. While the moving crew was friendly and professional, the amount of packing paper used was excessive—small items were wrapped in multiple sheets, and since the final cost was based on shipment size, it felt like unnecessary packing drove up the price. The team from our sales rep, to the admin staff, to the crew in both countries, had excellent customer service. The crew were well organized, respectful, and treated our goods with care.
