Austin is great! Austin kept advocating for the best price and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Bailey's moving is wonderful. From their sales staff to moving staff, the whole process was smooth. Bailey's moves us from Castle Rock, CO, to Rapid City, SD. They picked up our stuff on a Tuesday and delivered it the very next day in South Dakota. This was the first time my family and I had ever used a moving company. Seriously, it was amazing. Thank you, Bailey's!

This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company — moving or otherwise. I went with Bailey’s because a family friend knew someone who worked there which proved to be a big mistake. From the first interaction to the last, this company proved to be shady, careless, and completely unprofessional. The driver and movers were rude, pushy, and constantly tried to squeeze more money out of me — asking for extra cash, tips, even sending their Venmo accounts via text message after the move.
