I had an amazing experience with this company! Vince, Des, and Steven were the guys who helped pack my things up into the truck and they did a great job and were quick! I have not had the opportunity with this company to drop things off yet, but will update once that happens! For now, everything was smooth and a breeze! They were definitely very helpful as it was my first time ever moving!

I just moved from COS to Missouri and used Bailey’s Moving to make the move. From the beginning, Bailey’s made the move easy and as stress-free as moving can be. Connor was my Sales Rep but he stayed involved during the entire process. Vivian was my coordinator and kept in contact with me even after I received my shipment. Postives: Did the move, met the deadlines, many boxes packed really well, go the stuff where it needed to go, they gave me a discount it appears due to the car pick up issues, the crew were nice to work with. Negatives: Sales person Garrett messed up the move date and time line and staff didn't catch it, poor communication and coordination with staff members, some furniture was packed in a way that caused damage in transport especially with the legs of furniture, one guy simply put glass things in a box without wrapping care... read more

This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company — moving or otherwise. I went with Bailey’s because a family friend knew someone who worked there which proved to be a big mistake. From the first interaction to the last, this company proved to be shady, careless, and completely unprofessional. The driver and movers were rude, pushy, and constantly tried to squeeze more money out of me — asking for extra cash, tips, even sending their Venmo accounts via text message after the move.
