Overall pretty disappointed with our move. The extra packing job we paid for was done really sloppily. My nice things like leather boots and shoes were just thrown into big boxes carelessly with heavy items put in on top of them, so everything came out smooshed and creased. When our truckload arrived, the majority of our boxes were crushed, which is very unsettling to see. Quite a bit of damage to our furniture. The crew was on time. They handled things professionally and efficiently. Because we were going from Colorado Springs to the Denver area, the estimator planned one day to load the truck and then unload the next day with no extra charge. Lucas was a great crew lead, training as he led. I would use Bailey's again.
