Worst Moving Experience – Extensive Damage & Poor Handling We recently used Bailey’s for our final move in the Army, and it was by far the most disappointing moving experience we’ve ever had. Nearly every step of the process was careless and unprofessional. Many of our items arrived broken, scratched, or completely destroyed — including irreplaceable family photos and sentimental items. We are moving out of state and had the packers for two days (large 4 bed, 4 car tandem garage, basement, office, loft) and movers for one day. Since we are military family we have had several out of state moves and I remember all my past experiences with prior moves as unpleasant and difficult. Like going to get your braces tightened at the orthodontist. Bailey’s has been the most organized by far, not without hiccups but those hiccups have been handled quickly and professionally. Jack, Alex, Tim, Dante, and Nicolas did a great job packing up my furniture for a long term storage move. They were extra careful with my high value items and I appreciate their attention to detail. Everyone worked hard the entire time. The walls got a little scuffed when they moved the couch, but they are going to be working with me on a solution for that. Professional team and I would use them again.

This rating is for the support staff that walked me through my moving experience. Vivian Roos (Colorado Springs) was unbelievably helpful, and in a world where she deals with hundreds of customers, she made me sure to communicate with me and walk me through any problems. She is a wonderful representative for Bailey's Moving and Storage and hopefully will be recognized for her exceptional work.
