Avoid this company like the plague. They do shoddy work, don't take responsibility for their mistakes, are difficult to communicate with and don't stand behind their promises. My mother recently used them and over six weeks later, are finally seeing some resolution to the damage they caused to her furniture. It wasn't major damage but there was a lot of it. Moved with Utah State into Logah Utah from Lincoln Nebraska. Let's start with the good: -Cyndi B, our coordinator, was very responsive and helpful. Called on the day of the move out and the day of the move in to make sure everything was going all right! Was consistently reachable and answered all of my questions (and I probably asked some twice!). I worked with Bailey's as a local agent for a long-distance move with Allied. That involved them doing the estimate and packing. They were quick with the estimate and were reasonably priced. Packers arrived early and were done fairly fast. However, packing wasn't as professional as I had expected. Boxes came undone. Tape was barely stuck down. Some boxes were overloaded.
