We stayed here for 5 nights over last month and all of those were terrible. When we said we had bedbugs, the reception guy just told us to wait till housekeeping comes back next morning which is unacceptable. The manager doesn’t care enough to listen to us, maybe because we were too polite and didn’t create a scene. Staffs didn’t care as well, they said they open till 11pm is a joke because reception always closes early, once we rang someone at 10:20pm, being told the office is close and we need to wait till tomorrow to get ... read more

Quite stunned, no tea bags replacement, unless requested to refill.Room bins not emptied unless full, to mention this to reception, was like telling them your best joke. Also waited for another ceral bowl for 2 days, had to share one. Beds comfy, shower good..... would I recommend or come back, not really. This is my first negative review, but an honest one. Almost....like a faulty towers, no interest in your complaints, sad way to run a business

Very reasonably priced accommodation in a fantastic location. Our room was very well equipped with new furniture. We had a great view over the park too. Beds are super comfortable. Perfect for a short stay, or for families.
