I called from out of state to arrange for a rollator for a family member in Florida. The young lady that I spoke with explained my options . She arranged for next day delivery. Delivery was on time, the rollator was adjusted for her height and the delivery person made sure she could operate the breaks and answered all of her questions. Very happy with both the product and the customer service! Thank you.
The process for getting my wheelchair was a little lengthy due to waiting on documentation, however I am very satisfied with the service and the wheelchair I received. They delivered it to my home for free and Connor couldn’t be any nicer. Thank you! Highly recommend!
