After paying the 50 dollar "fee" they said the insurance company doesn't pay the day I picked up the walker, they sent me texts asking for it again a month after getting my walker i called they said it was taken care of. Then I get a bill in the mail for 75 dollar "upgrade" its a basic walker which I had to get a rx for from my doctor so insurance would pay it.I could get for 65 dollars off Amazon. The ONLY reason I went there is I was told insurance would cover it if I went there. Their book keeping is trash and nobody know... read more
Brian helped me and my father out this afternoon. Brian was incredibly compassionate and kind. I unfortunately suffered a serious leg injury and he was able to locate the correct product I needed to get back up and running (…well maybe not running, but walking well!). The first thing that stood out to me was that all the staff greeted us when we entered. Easy to access location, plenty of parking options. The kind of place I hope I don’t need for a while but come back to in a heartbeat!

A service call to my elderly mother’s house was a joke and a $75 rip off. The employee had no knowledge of the scooter, couldn’t test the battery, didn’t know how to take the scooter apart, had no fuses or supplies, and didn’t trouble shoot anything!! He had to clue how to tell if a fuse was blown or not. My Mom had to read the manual to him and show him pictures. Told my Mom that I should come over and take the scooter apart!
