Robin went above and beyond to help me. Robin was very sweet and took time to help me. I had a resident that was discharging that needed DME (hospital bed and walker) but needed an authorization. Robin checked into some things and things worked out. Thanks again Robin ! LeeAnn

Reba has been one of the most Unprofessional Rude and inconsiderate individuals that I have dealt with working for a supply company in a very long time. She has done several things wrong. Just to name a few from my experience. First she sent a technician to my home to deliver a supply and when he was asked was he going to install it because he just handed it to me, he said and I quote him "I don't know how to install it you will have to Google it online to learn how to stall it yourself ".
