I hate this company I am trying to get a new range and I was told it would be here between 12:30 and 3:00 so I leave work early and make it home to Waite for them . 3:00 rolls around and I give them a call they tell me there are issues with the truck and they will be there by 5:00 at the latest when I tell them I wish they would have called me so I did not leave work early I was hung up on. They messed up my brand new install and I can’t get a hold of a person to come back Stripped a screw on my oven and installed my range hood incorrectly
Absolute nightmare to deal with for appliance install. Office staff is unhelpful, difficult to schedule with, and they have rude installers. I have installed over 200 units from them, unfortunately when you buy GE direct you have to use them.
DO NOT EVER ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR PRODUCTS. Embarrassing logistics from a company with such name in it. Has taken multiple months to have a pallet picked up from aa easy location to reach. Verified location after first through fourth failures, and has still not gotten any answers besides excuses and explanations that do nothing but allow them more time to not pick the product up.
