Book a carrier on a Friday for a Monday appointment. Were going to be late and be a work in, that was fine. Appt time 0700am, agreed to be there by 12-1230pm. That's fine, hours were until 1400. Driver never tracks, Mitch the dispatch doesn't answer or have tracking on the driver, Chris the manager can't help either, and no one else has any idea. Their drivers refuse to track. Delivery was for a GE appliance. It was damaged upon arrival. The delivery team said they would get a replacement and it would be delivered in 3-5 days. I finally called GE on day 6. Bailey's had actually cancelled the order and never notified me. Now it will be a month before I get the appliance due to Bailey's failures. I tried to get Bailey's to make it right by picking up the same appliance in stock from a local vendor, but they couldn't fathom the idea of a solution that simple.
