They can’t even give a time window as they promise. And when you call they 1. Lie to you about why they are late and 2. Don’t care that they are late. No notification my appliance wouldn’t be delivered on the day scheduled, when I called the rep lied and said they had received the appliance this morning which GE confirmed as inaccurate. Last time I had to deal with these people they brought the wrong appliance and left it in my house for a week. I hate this company I am trying to get a new range and I was told it would be here between 12:30 and 3:00 so I leave work early and make it home to Waite for them . 3:00 rolls around and I give them a call they tell me there are issues with the truck and they will be there by 5:00 at the latest when I tell them I wish they would have called me so I did not leave work early I was hung up on.
