Failed to uphold the contract, provided horrendously inaccurate timeframe estimates and then completely ignore any communication. Still no resolution months after the issue first arose, nor even as much as an indication of how it's being resolved.

Baileys Living built a bespoke home for me which I designed and completed it on time and within budget and to the highest of quality. Their skills, commitment and support through the entire process and in fixing up a small amount of defects after I moved in were outstanding (there were only a handful of minor defects that were attended to immediately).
