This review is about their window warranty from a very long time customer. One of the 3 replaced windows recently had a crack on the inside glass. This room is vacant and door closed most of the time because my daughter went off to college. The was no impact or anything like that at all, all adults and the room has not been used, so the cause is probably from thermal effect - we had a very cold winter this year and the heat vent is right under the window. Last Wednesday on October 22, 2025, I dropped off a dresser mirror frame that needed a mirror. After speaking with an employee, I should’ve gone with my gut feeling and not patronized this establishment because they told me they did not accept credit cards or checks, and that I would have to pay cash. I left and went to the ATM and returned and paid cash upfront. They told me they would call me on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 to let me know what time I could pick up my mirror. No one called me. Very quick service, brought the broken windows in on late afternoon and was ready the next day by mid morning. Can't say whether the price is decent or not because I never priced any other place.
