Did not meet with me as agreed and looked up his address but was a house not a business
Told us carpet was 1325 $ told us pay him 400 $ and the place wouldn't take over 950$ on a credit card because of the charges it cost , so we gave him 400$ cash and called and paid the balance, then we never heard from him again, got a message from his girlfriend and said he was in jail again and he couldn't make it , so went to carpet store to make sure he hasn't picked the carpet up only to find out the full price of the carpet was only 925$ so he lied about the price of the carpet , I would never do business with this guy... read more
Excellent service
Last spring I needed my high quality carpet re stretched. It was several years old and had a few bubbles in it. I agreed to pay about double what others charged so I could have it done immediately. Bailey's promised it would never need a re stretch. A month later some bubbles reappeared. I called Bailey's and left a message They never returned my call. I sent unanswered text messages.
