Brought my vehicle in for collision damage because it was referred by my insurance company. When I went to pick up my vehicle, my touch screen display was damaged while on their possession. They refused to take responsibility for the damage, even though it was functioning when I dropped it off. Hopefully, they will realize that customer satisfaction should be top priority and that there are always choices when it comes to repair shops.

I took my car to Bailey’s Crossroads Auto Body to repair damage to the passenger side doors. It had been at another shop for over a month, but the experience there was awful.
