Shocked by my experience. You go to a smaller town dealership, so you expect a higher level of customer service. However, it's the same run around and poor communication that you get from a large city dealer. I know new Toyota are in high demand, but I don't believe that should be an excuse for poor communication and customer service. I would encourage you to know your facts, know your value and get poof of the discussion. Toyotas are amazing vehicles, just wish the purchasing experience was as well.
