Terrible attitude, cannot believe the arrogance from the sales lady on Saturday. I drove from Kingston to buy a vehicle from her, and I was trading in a 2023 Toyota. I would recommend buying a vehicle anywhere else.

Dear Bayview Toyota, I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ordering process for the 2025 Prius Plug-in. Unfortunately, my experience with Reese was unacceptable. Repeatedly, he assured me that issues would be resolved within two weeks, but it took half a year for any progress to be made.
