I inquired about a car, but the guy said he couldn't answer my questions, which were pretty basic for this make/model. That mystifies me, because if you can tell me how much a car is worth in terms of price, then you ought to be able to justify the price with some basic knowledge about the car. Otherwise, the dealer was responsive enough to initial inquiry.
