Charged me $40 for a replacement card, and then never sent it. Now the number doesn’t even work
Our companies survey group took CPR from them, they have a list of who attended and were never sent their certification cards, when inquiring about the cards Paula Bailey stated that they were sent and that there would be a charge for duplicates. She sent them which had doubles for a few and not the whole list.
