Terrible company! David Borack the representative is the worst! A tech damaged our floor by dragging a bed on their cart and was seen by multiple witnesses and was even confronted about damaging our floor. Now they refuse to cover any damage expenses. We are left with a scraped up lobby and David's response was "Dont presume you know a single thing about me or how I represent our company. My Mother is a customer patient with these folks! She got a mechanical bed from them, along with a few sheet sets. Everything was AWESOME, along all the way! I truly recommend Bailey's for All medical products!! Thank you again Bailey's!!
