Bailey Design + Build just completed renovating the first floor of our recently purchased 20 year old home. We were very happy with the outcome!! The project included completely redesigning the kitchen and family room including removing a wall giving us an open concept. Christy, their designer, helped us select flooring, cabinets, quartz, tile, wallpaper, appliances, lighting, and fireplace design. We have just finished a remodel with Bailey Design + Build which entailed adding an upstairs bathroom, upstairs laundry, refinishing a bedroom, adding a dormer for finishing attic space, adding an outside pavilion, new concrete, new pool fence, new bay window, and upstairs HVAC. I cannot say enough great things about the entire team at Bailey Design & Build. We had talked about doing a major remodel for 6 years since we moved into our new home, but were frankly overwhelmed by the details, unknowns, and costs that can be unexpected once you start.
