I called to tried to contact my fiance and the operator was very rude. Made no effort to try and connect me to him. I gave his name and she just simply said he doesn't work there. She could have even told me try and contact someone else, nope. Just a rude woman. Work on your customer service. I'm glad is wasn't an emergency.
