Dr. Monica is amazing! I had my eye exam here, and she was extremely thorough and attentive to every detail. There was a small issue where my insurance was submitted under the wrong category, but once I pointed it out, they corrected it right away. I’ll definitely be recommending this place and will be coming back again!
Quick, excellent service and direct billing. It was a great experience, I only wish they had more options for frames.
Such a helpful person at the desk. Alex...just amazing. He was knowledgeable and explained my issues with previous progressive lenses succinctly, and patiently. He called through to another store to ask if they had the frames I wanted(the design was a few years old). The person at the Scarborough store volunteered to bring them to Eaton Centre on their way downtown that day! I have my new glasses and just love them. This is customer service at it's best. Good experience but the sales associate told me that I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between my two contacts even though it said the prescription on each box. I’ve been blind for 4 months now
Lovely staffs here. Everyone is so helpful. Shout out especially for Matthew, I feel very welcomed here, he's very personable, and I don't feel rushed when choosing (and I took forever choosing with many selections). 10/10 service from him, I'd be returning in the future.
