Every time I go there, the staff is professional, kind and knowledgeable. Recently I have taken my glasses for a repair (a lens had popped out), and Erum was very attentive and provided prompt assistance. Alexis also helped by returning them in perfect conditions.
Great experience. Amazing prices.
In-store experience was great. However, I had the glasses shipping to Queen West since I live nearby, and it turned out Queen West is under construction for a few weeks. My glasses were then shipped to their location in The Beaches, which was over an hour away by streetcar.
