It was ok, although I felt rushed and at the beginning they where dismissive as if I wasn't going to buy anything. Rude or rasist I dont know, it was a muslim lady. There was other staff who was very kind and helpful that where not the ones I initially interacted with. I wish I went those days instead. I spent over a thousand dollars in glasses and then things changed :/ but with the other staff the treatment was always good no matter how much I spent. So some training is necessary in my opinion. I was very pleased with the exceptional service at Bailey Nelson Optometrist, Square One location in Mississauga. Dr.Song Kim and The staff were professional and courteous. The whole staff was amazing. They are incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful in guiding us to the right choice of lenses and frames. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality eyewear and top-notch service!
