Enjoyed my visit at this location. Drew provided excellent customer service. She listened to my thoughts, provided a number of options. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Although I did purchase glasses elsewhere, I highly recommend this location and staff for quality customer service and exciting eyeglass fashion choices
Recently, I had two pairs of glasses (regular and prescription sunglasses) made at Bailey Nelson, and I am super impressed. The staff are very friendly. My prescription is a difficult one, and two major optical stores were unable to make my glasses. This is my first time getting glasses made here, and I will definitely be back for my next pair.
Update: Normally wouldn’t ever re:review a store like this… but THESE FOLKS JUST KEEP GETTIN’ BETTER. Today I went back after breaking my glasses, to get a new pair. Jack and Erica were AWESOME. Not only did they process the order quickly, give me great advice on which lenses to choose, and all within budget… they also took my sad broken glasses and mcguivered a solution to get me through until the new ones come in.
