I have been looking for a new pair of glasses for four years until I came across Bailey Nelson ! I found two pairs that I love ! The staff was very knowledgeable with my questions regarding progressive lenses and were very patient when adjusting the tightness of the frame to my comfort level. I highly recommend this place. What a wonderful experience. Thank you !
Staff were very helpful with suggesting and selecting frames. Purchase was quick and easy. Able to bill my insurance directly.

Was greeted immediately by friendly staff, completed insurance/new client info. While discussing what I was interested in, the staff was pulled frames. Dr Salame was kind, patient, professional, yet fun as well. Gave me new ideas to try at home for little issues. Did not realize they direct billed insurance for my glasses and exam. The 4 frames chosen for me were all perfect- and two w bifocal lenses are mine in -2 weeks. Will go back and get single vision sunglasses next month. Highly recommend. Wonderful experience.
