This is a special thank you and kudos to Kylie (green hair). She's extremely helpful, patient and kind; she's a great employee to keep! I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses at BN in the past couple of years (1 pr of Ella I believe and 2 pairs of Marknovas). The 2 pairs of Marknovas gave me a bit of trouble.
