Very handy taking an available appointment without booking ahead. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I could not fault the optometrist at all - He was very friendly and thorough however I was stung with an fee of $80 for their "Free Contacts Trial". They did not advise me of this fee until AFTER I had the consultation and contact fitting. All correspondance before this appointment stated Free so felt completely misled.
Looked on several websites at ranges of frames available and made my decision based on that. Found them easy to deal with attention to detail excellent. Went back for second appointment. Found Zane very professional and explained everything to me.
