The customer service here is always exceptional. Staff are very good at their job. Unfortunately when I came in they were short staffed, be nice for them not to have to do the job of multiple staff and have support from management to find staff cover so they can keep doing their amazing work. There was also a delay in the copy of updated scripts to my email. Had to request once at the appointment, again at the collection of my glasses, and a third time via email.

Amazing experience at Bailey Nelson! We visited for our daughter’s eye irritation and the optometrist did a very thorough examination using modern, child-friendly equipment. The staff were incredibly kind and made our child feel comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend!
