We had a very positive experience at Metrotown location for an eye check up until the day that we came to pick up the glasses. My son is 5 years old and this is the first time my son had his eyes checked and Dr. Jasmeen Dhaliwal and her associate were amazingly helpful on August 3. However, on August 12, at around 3:30pm we arrived to pick up the glasses, the associate came back to the store and then focused on her computer and did not acknowledge or check on us. I wasn't happy with the service on my previous visit, but I came back because I really liked the glasses. This time I had a great experience. The lady who helped me was friendly, patient, and offered me a great deal. I left very satisfied. Unfortunately, an Indian lady I dealt with before was quite rude. It wasn't just me, my roommate and coworker had similar experiences. Hopefully the customer service stays as great as it was on my recent visit.
