I had a small emergency and my own eye doctor wouldn’t even budge and give me 5 minutes of his time even after I explained it’s an emergency (I got a drop of cleaning spray in my eye). So after calling 8 eye care places I called Bailey Nelson in Metrotown and they were able to give me an appointment urgently. When I tell you the relief I felt after the appointment and slept with a peace of mind knowing my eye is fine. I cannot thank them enough. I must say I really enjoyed the support I received choosing a frame, but when I went to pick up my glasses, wrong lenses were ordered! I was disappointed by this mistake, and need to wait one more week to get my correct glasses.
