I am happy with the service and the price of glasses is reasonable
The frames are ok, a bit cheap looking but you get what you pay for. Not the best quality, since one my lenses popped out when cleaning my glasses. Also the frame was uneven since one was curved closer to my eye. I went in for an adjustment since my glasses were loose so I told the person I’d like the arms pushed in, but he went and changed everything … nose pieces and bent the frame at a weird angle. I love my frames, the price was amazing! I would however caution the techs there, to “sit to do the measurements”, as standing, especially when client is short, put’s measurements off, just a touch, but nevertheless off. I have to adjust to see close up.
Amazing customer service, quality products and a great selection of on-trend frames. A huge shoutout to Kait at the Market Mall location! Kati’s welcoming, attentive manner and expertise made my frame selection, ordering and fitting experience a breeze. When my glasses arrived, Kait went above and beyond by making adjustments to ensure that my glasses fit perfectly. I have recommended Bailey Nelson to my family and friends and now they shop here as well.
Great service! The staff gave me space and time to try on almost every pair of glasses in the store, stepped in to assist when I asked them to, and took care and time to complete the measurements and order when I had chosen. I truly appreciate their assistance and kindness!
