Cameron and Dr. Anand are fabulous. They took the time to go over details patiently with me and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. After an unpleasant experience with Iris, I was looking for alternatives and Bailey Nelson came up as a recommendation!
The people at the front to welcome me for my appt were very nice and outgoing. I did the eye exam with the doctor was 15 minutes and I felt super rushed. They told me I needed progressives which made no sense. I called 11 days later later to get my pupuillary distance number and they refused to give me unless I bought glasses from them! What a joke! I paid for an eye exam and they wont give me my full prescription unless I get glasses there. Not cool. I wont be getting glasses there or returning for any future eye exams
