Dr. Grace Lam is thorough and knowledgeable. Staffs are very professional and organized.
I recently had an issue with my prescription progressive glasses. When I took the glasses back and explained the situation, Rodrigo and the manager (whose name I unfortunately didn't get) were super helpful and are helping me resolve the situation.
